The environment is clean, quiet and airy. It is not close to the highway and so keeping the elderly persons out of danger.

PROBLEMS FACED AND HOW YOU CAN HELP US

Lacks enough finance to handle serious elderly cases. Lacks finance to feed elderly persons with medical problems that need to be taken care of.  Limited funds  to pay for the rented apartment. The staffing situation is low because the promoter does virtually everything alone and lacks money to pay salaries of more than 4 staff. We are calling on you to assist us both financial, Medications and equiptments. Contact us or Perspectives Kamerun e.V. directly.  The contact information can be seen on this website.

                                                                                                                                                       ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION

FELP is not only a big support to the elderly persons but also to the less privileged. He provides both medical and psychological support to such group of persons especially within Likomba that has no health unit. A private sponsored initiative like this, meant to give a helping hand to the government in the health domain and also to protect the rights of the elderly persons should be encouraged. It is in this light that I strongly recommend that the foundation for the elderly and the less privileged (FELP) should be given and authorization to operate officially.
